Hardware products are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the returned product must pass our inspection, meaning it shows no cosmetic or functional damage.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect your product and process your refund if it meets these conditions. If it does not, we will share details of our inspection with you.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Delivery to a freight forwarder or rerouting to an unsupported country voids the return eligibility.
